Welcome to your Consumer Segments! Below you'll find a box for each segment, which takes you through to an executive summary on each of them in turn. At the end of each of those exec summaries, you'll see the fabulous faces of real-life consumers whose lives we have deep-dived into to get a greater understanding of who they are and what they want from us. For those that are interested, you can also read their 'Open Letters'to the Banana Republic, which you'll find in the Articles section.
